General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
Prices: All prices for holiday apartments are quoted in euros. Services not used will not be refunded.
Taxes and Fees Included in the Total Price:
Reservation:
When a reservation (accommodation contract) is made, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Association of Accommodation Establishments dated November 15, 2006, are deemed agreed. If the prices in the booking confirmation differ, the prices stated in the offer always apply.
Cancellation:
Cancellations are only valid in writing.
The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.
Hotel Cancellation Plus:
More than just cancellation protection (without deductible) for holidays in Austria. This insurance package from Europäische Reiseversicherung also includes trip interruption, additional costs for delayed arrival or an involuntary holiday extension, and search and rescue costs. Arrival and Departure:
The holiday apartments can be occupied from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. The holiday apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Jurisdiction: Vienna
For online bookings through travel agents, internet providers, the general terms and conditions (GTCs) must be observed and accepted.
Mediation Contract with Travel Agents:
Airbnb, BOOKING.COM, etc., give you the opportunity to book (travel) services from third parties through the respective system. The travel agents do not offer any travel services on their own responsibility. Therefore, by booking, only a mediation contract is concluded between you and the respective organizer, to which the provisions of §§ 31b ff. KSchG (Travel Contract Act) do not apply.
